Privacy Policy
Plain-language answers about what we collect, which is very little.
The Short Version
We run this website with one goal: help you choose good training equipment. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we only store the minimum needed to operate the cart and answer your messages.
What We Collect
- Information you send us: when you submit the contact form or an equipment inquiry we receive your name, email address and whatever you write in the message field. We use it solely to reply to you.
- Cart contents: your cart is stored in your own browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device until you choose to submit it as an inquiry.
- Basic server records: like most websites, our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses and requested pages for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies And Local Storage
We use browser storage for two practical things: remembering your cart (pgp_cart_v1) and remembering whether you accepted cookies (pgp_cookie_consent). A session cookie may be used to support form security. Details are on our Cookie Policy page. You can decline non-essential storage and still use every part of the site except a persistent cart.
How Your Information Is Used
Form submissions are emailed to our team at info@powergympro.space and used exclusively to respond to your request. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask to join, and we do not share your details with third parties except where required by law.
Data Retention
Inquiry and contact emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time.
Your Choices
- Clear your cart at any time with the Empty Cart button on the cart page.
- Clear site data in your browser settings to remove all stored preferences.
- Email us at info@powergympro.space to request deletion of any correspondence.
